*Spoilers Ahead*

Black Widow stars Scarlet Johansson as Natasha Romanov and dives into the timeline after Captain America: Civil War. The Avengers have split up, Steve Rogers is on the run and Natasha has retreated to Norway after the alleged violation of the Sokovia Accords. Natasha reminisces about her childhood, with Yelena, Alexei and Melina. After a deadly attack on her and a chance meeting with Yelena who is no longer a widow, Natasha sets out to continue her quest to destroy the Red Room.

Natasha brings her childhood family back and finds Dreykov, who she believed she had killed herself. The end credit scene has Yelena standing at Natasha’s grave in Ohio, after the events of Avengers: Endgame.

The ending of Black Widow also teases the Hawkeye Series that is scheduled for release in Marvel’s Phase 4. The film is rated 6.9/10 on IMDb and has an approval of 81% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Did Scarlet Johansson Sue Disney?

According to the buzz on the internet, Scarlet Johansson has sued Disney because of the release of the Black Widow Movie on its Disney+ platform which seems to be a breach of their contract and a deprivation of her earnings from the film. Johansson’s payment for the film was related to the theatrical revenues which are now expected to be greatly affected by the release on the OTT Platform as well as the condition of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Disney has retaliated to the lawsuit claiming there was complete adherence to the contract and that the pandemic had normalized hybrid release of content.

Fans are concerned if Scarlet Johansson will be booted from the MCU following the tiff with Disney.
