Money Heist Season 5 started streaming on Netflix on Friday, September 3. The most popular Spanish crime drama web series, La Casa De Papel has entered it’s fifth and final season. Heist fans had been waiting for this day since last April. With only 5 episodes packed in Season 5, Heist fans have shifted their locus to the next set of episodes, if any. Unfortunately, the news coming in about renewal for Money Heist Season 6 is not heartwarming.
Will there be any Money Heist Season 6?
Unfortunately, there are no plans for a sixth season of Money Heist on Netflix. While plans may change in the future, season 5 is the series’ last season.
If we go by the promotional messages from Netflix, then fans of the Professor and his gang of dubious bank robbers will have to be satisfied with Season 5. Netflix made it very clear when it said “THE HEIST COMES TO AN END”
While talking to Deadline on Season 5 and its future in May 2020, Pina reflected on the future of the series on similar lines.

The good news is that Money Heist season 5 is far from ending! Money Heist’s final season will be split on Netflix. Netflix has just done this with a couple of programmes, and it’s very interesting. I’m not sure whether you would like it, but it adds a little spice to things.
Season 5 Part 1 is streaming on Netflix from September 3 and Money Heist Season 5 Part 2 will be available later this year.

Netflix did not make the fans wait around to find out the release date for the second part of season 5. At the same time, Part 1 was released, Netflix revealed the released date for the second part of the series.
Money Heist Season 5 Part 2 will release on December 3 on Netflix, which is exactly three months away from the release date of the first part.
Money Heist Season 5 Part 2 Release Time
All Netflix originals, apart from occasional exceptions (such as Sacred Games Season 2), are released at midnight Pacific Time.
Midnight PT translates to 12:30 PM IST from mid-march until early November. For the rest of the year, it is 1:30 PM IST. Hence, Part 2 will release at 1:30 PM IST on December 3.
We are glad that Netflix has announced the date and will make the second part available to stream in three months which is pretty quick. Sometimes, fans have to wait for at least six months or more for the next part, so that’s a good thing that this is not happening with Money Heist.
Viewers will be able to watch the conclusion of the series pretty shortly.

Although Netflix has not announced the cast of Money Heist Season 5 Part 2, the idea can be drawn from the last episode of Part 1 to see who makes it out alive. Moreover, we would not like to give you the SPOILER in case you have not watched the first part yet.
The second half of the season will have pretty much the same cast as the first part, apart from any major character deaths. Even if they are slain, we are likely to see them return in flashbacks. We have already seen this happen a number of times in this series so far.
