My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 19 left everyone in tears and possibly a lot of shocks. In a big revelation, the League of Villains now seems to be an even more convoluted organization than we thought before.
My Hero Academia or Boku no Hero Academia is a series by Horikoshi Kohei. The manga series began in 2014, which soon received an anime adaptation in 2016 that has grown to become immensely popular. The Shonen Jump release has built a huge fanbase. The manga has 322 chapters released now and 30 tankonbon volumes. The series is regarded as one of the best anime and manga series from the 2010s. The anime has a rating of 8/10 on My Anime List.
My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 19: Who is Kurogori?
My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 19 sees Shouta Aizawa and Hizaishi Yamada (Present Mic) urgently being called to the prison facility for supervillains to help with an investigation. Kurogiri, one of the core members of the League of Villains is captured and presented in front of Aizawa and Present Mic. Gran Torino is also present.
The two teachers of UA are told that Kurogiri might be like a Nomu, where multiple quirks have been added to the same deceased body. The body that was used for Kurogiri is believed to be Aizawa and Mic’s dear friend and batchmate, Shirakumo Oburo who died in an internship accident when they were students.
Aizawa starts talking to Kurogiri, reminiscing their days and how Shirakumo used to be in school, trying to get a reaction out of him. Aizawa uses his quirk but also cannot hold back tears as he tells Shirakumo to fight the shadow of Kurogiri and for a moment, Shirakumo seems to be responding to them.
Kurogiri’s brainwaves are all over the place and at that moment it is confirmed that Shirakumo was turned into Kurogiri after his death. On another side of the city, Shigaraki’s whereabouts seem to be surfacing as Hawks receives communication from the heroes. My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 19 was definitely an emotional ride, especially seeing Aizawa cry.
