Pokémon Legends Arceus was launched as a Nintendo Switch Game in January 2022. The game is set in the Hisui region and allows players to play as the characters in the Galaxy Expedition Team’s Survey Corps in Jubilife Village to go on expeditions and research Pokémon.
The allows crafting, capturing Pokémon with Pokéballs and also ridings Pokémons! The world of the game is an open 3D exploration and is reminiscent of Pokémon Shields! The gameplay introduces a combat system that lets the player engage in appropriate combat styles that they would like to use including agile or strength-based fighting. The name of the game also refers to the legendary Pokémon Arceus.
The game has introduced a number of evolutions for the existing Pokémon in the game Stantler, Basculin and Scyther. Trainer customization and photography are additional features along with a new Pokémon!

Pokémon Legends Arceus Anime – What is on the Way?
Pokémon Day announced the upcoming Pokémon Legends Arceus Anime that is going to be released in 2022. The Pokémon Legends Arceus Anime will be released sometime in the Summer 2022 anime calendar and is suspected to release sometime in July or August. The anime will be set in the Hisui region just like the game. Hopefully, the playable characters in the game will also be introduced as the fleshed-out characters in the series.
Details about the number of episodes, specific release dates and official trailers will be revealed later by the Pokémon Company. It is officially confirmed that Wit Studio will be animating the Pokémon Legends Arceus series.
