Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 has been officially given the green signal! In a preview screening of an unshared episode on March 6th, the next season of the brilliant isekai series was confirmed to be returning after one year!

Mushoku Tensei was originally a web novel released in 2012! The light novel series by Rifujin na Magonote was serialized in the web novel site Shosetuska ni Naro and was later taken up by Media Factory. The series also has a manga adaptation that has been licensed by Seven Seas for publishing the English translation.

Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation first aired in January 2021 and will now return for a Season 2! The first season is rated 8.36/10 on My Anime List. Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 is produced by Studio Bind.

What is Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation About?

The plot for the anime revolves around a 34-year-old hikikomori (shut-in) who is constantly bullied and pushed around. He finally faces eviction after his parents’ death. He resolves to do something heroic but it ends in another awful tragedy – his own death. But instead, he is reborn as Rudeus Greyrat.

The world he is warped into thrives on sorcery and the will of the sword. Rudeus becomes an apprentice of Roxy Migurdia and finally finds a world to belong in. But the challenges and obstacles in his life are far from over.

What will be the plot for Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation Season 2?

Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 is expected to pick up after the events where Season 1 left. The anime adaptation is technically releasing in cours which essentially means each season releases with 10-13 episodes in a different season of the anime calendar.

The first season of the anime adapted the first 6 volumes of the light novel, ending the Boyhood – Homecoming Arc. Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 will adapt the light novels from the 7th novel onwards. It will begin with the Adolescence – Mid-Level Adventurer Arc.

Rudeus travels alone and arrives at the city of Rosenburg to look for his mother but seems to have failed. To distract himself from the absence of people around him, he goes down a dangerous road. Rudeus accepts an A-Class job on his own.

Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 received a green signal in March 2022. The announcements for the anime along with the official trailer, number of episodes, the opening and ending theme and release platforms was also done.

At the pre-screening of the TV unbroadcast episode (extra edition) with stage greetings held today on March 6th (Sunday), the production decision for the second phase of the TV animation “Unemployed Reincarnation-If you go to another world, you’ll be serious” was announced. it was done! Details such as the broadcast time will be announced at a later date. looking forward to!

The first season of Mushoku Tensei was released on Funimation in 2021 in different regions including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico and others! With the announcement coming in March 2022, the anime is likely to release in the second half of 2022.

Summer 2022/ Fall 2022 would be a likely slot for the release. Mushoku Tensei has been one of the biggest releases of 2021 and is sure to get also get an English Dub soon after the Japanese audio release.

A. The first season of Mushoku Tensei was released with 11 episodes in its first cour od season 1 and 12 episodes in the second cour. Mushoku Tensei had a split cour Season 1 which leaves room for speculations that Season 2 might go the same way. If Mushoku Tensei Season 2 has a split cour release, the ideal break-up of episodes should be about 12 per cour to accommodate fo the arc that is being adapted. naturally, cour 1 would be left on a cliffhanger.

Q.How many seasons will Mushoku Tensei Season have?

A. Muhsoku Tensei currently has a total of 23 episodes out. Since Season 2 will be adapting from volume 7 of the light novels, there is still a lot to be covered. There are 25 volumes of the light novels that are in publication, which can easily facilitate up to a 100+ episode series. Given that information, there could be at least 4 seasons of the anime, if not more.
